Circles-Exclusive MKS Brass & Black-Painted Brass Pedal Flips

This is a Circles-exclusive model featuring side plates crafted from brass for some of MKS’s most iconic, classic pedals.

Unlike anodized or electro-deposited finishes, the black paint is designed to wear away with use, gradually revealing the raw brass underneath. The exposed metal will oxidize and develop a patina over time—potentially even forming a greenish-blue *verdigris* depending on your environment. Each user will experience a unique aging process, making the finish truly personal. The "Raw" (uncoated) brass version will also develop a rich, aged patina, though you can always polish it back to a brilliant shine whenever you like.

The MKS Spin-2 is a custom attachment designed to be bolted onto the rear of pedals that lack a built-in "flip" tab. When using toe clips and straps (or half-clips), the heavier clip-side of the pedal naturally hangs downward once your foot is removed. Catching the pedal and sliding your shoe into the clip in this position usually requires a bit of practice and the right technique.

By installing the Spin-2, you can simply press the sole of your shoe against it and pull downward; this instantly flips the pedal, allowing you to catch the toe clip smoothly and effortlessly.
